MONTEGRAPPA 80TH ANNIVERSARY - NOS

Montegrappa is one of the most ancient Italian pen makers: it was founded in 1912.

The range of vintage Montegrappa pens is really very wide, going from early safety pens in ebonite, precious models in celluloid and later piston fillers. Among the many models manufactured by Montegrappa there are also facetted safety pens with overlay which represent the inspiration for the Reminiscence model which was marketed in the late 1980s.

The Reminiscence has been one of the most appreciated pens by Montegrappa and has been offered in a number of variations, in sterling silver  and vermeil either with meandrous decoration and smooth, in long, short and slim versions and it has been used for many limited editions such as Lancaster, York, 80th and 105th Anniversary etc.

the Montegrappa 80th Anniversary is an oversize edition with a beautiful floral decoration and it is presented in a bow with a silver facetted tube showing the digit "80" within a laurel wreath. The edition was manufactured in 1912 pieces.
