WATERMAN 7 RIPPLE - PINK

Waterman Ripple Nr 7 pens were introduced in 1927. The line comprised a number of pens with a colored cap band corresponding to a specific nib, identified by the same color of the band. The colors where red, purple, blue, black, yellow, green, gray and pink.

This is the chart of writing modes corresponding to each color:

Red - Standard (medium flex)

Green - Rigid
Pink - Flexible Fine
Purple - Stiff Fine
Yellow - Rounded (ball tip)

Brown - Fine
Blue - Blunt (stub)

Grey - Oblique
Black - Flexible Medium

A few colors are rarer than others with green and red being the most common ones. Pink and Black are istead among the mosto difficult to find.

This Waterman 7 is in very good condition with some minimal traces of time and use. The pen has no defects, no cracks, only the lever  shows some wear.

This Waterman 7 Ripple  Pink is in excellent condition with only some  traces of wear on the lever and a very light brassing shade on the cap band.

The nib is smooth and very pleasant to use.
