WATERMAN L'ETALON - BLACK LACQUER - NOS

In 1994 Waterman introduced the model L'Etalon, a very classical pen which was marketed with a number of finishes, comprising solid silver, 23K gold filled and lacquered  overlay in red, black, blue and green.

The pen has an elegant and innovative design which is  however not extreme and clearly retains a bond to tradition. The basketweave design of metal overlays confirms the connection with the past, while the tapering line of cap and barrel and the linear clip add a modernist touch to the pen.

This pen is unused and it comes from a new old stock
